Bruce had been losing his advantage to younger guys. He had put on a few too many pounds. He thought that the potion that Erin was giving him would return him to his former glory. He would be younger, thinner, and be able to stay in shape. The hot women wouldn't pass him by for a younger man in better shape. But in reality, it turned him into a four-year-old girl ready to start pre-school.
After drinking the potion (that Erin called juice) the former 6'3" 275-pound he-man would never grow taller than 5 feet nor weigh more than 90 pounds.
